The Bulldog Plant & Equipment Ltd team is currently dismantling a bespoke concrete batch plant on HS2 project site. This was one of three concrete batch plants working at Rickmansworth site, featuring two 2 m³ planetary mixers, aggregate and water heating systems, radial feeding conveyor, recycling system, and a fibre dosing system.
This plant has successfully completed its job, and our team is on schedule with the takedown. Though we’re sad to see this piece of art being dismantled, this isn’t its last journey. Our team is always ready to put it back together for a new beginning.

Our Involvement: Bulldog supplied five concrete batch plants and installed the rest for the concrete batching equipment for HS2 project, supporting installations across multiple sites.

Sustainability: Our advanced water and aggregate recycling system ensured that most of the material has been reused in production and wastewater was clean and uncontaminated before discharge.
