QUARRYING, MINING AND INDUSTRIAL CRUSHERS

Bulldog offers an extensive range of crushers for primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing groups that have been designed and built with precise engineering and leading workmanship.

All the products that we supply are proven to be robust and reliable and will meet every expectation in quarrying, mining, and industrial applications.

JAW CRUSHERS – BUILT FOR TOUGH JOBS

Single toggle Jaw Crushers are designed for cost-efficient primary reduction of hard and abrasive materials. These products are the result of the highest technical and manufacturing knowledge making our crushers very durable, even in the most challenging applications. The main advantages are:

  • Optimised crushing chamber
  • Heavy, fully welded, stress relieved main frame
  • Cast steel and precisely machined pitman
  • Main shaft is forged from hardened and tempered alloy steel
  • Large and sturdy eccentric shaft bearings
  • Optimal-angle toggle plate
  • Hydraulically assisted CSS adjustment mechanism

PRIMARY IMPACT CRUSHERS

Primary impact crushers an economical solution for crushing non-abrasive materials with large feed size. These crushers are a good alternative to large jaw crushers as they can be fed with material blocks the size of their feed opening. Impact crushers are extremely versatile machines and have proven to be effective in quarrying, cement industry, concrete, asphalt, and slag recycling.

  • High capacity
  • High reduction ratio
  • Perfectly cubical product
  • Rotor is designed to easily handle large size rock up to 1 m³ in volume
  • Wide selection of blow bar cast alloys
  • 2 or 3 breaker plates
  • Hydraulic opening system

Secondary impact crushers

Secondary impact crushers are widely chosen for secondary stages crushing materials with medium to low silica contents such as limestone, dolomitic limestone, dolomite, or gypsum. These crushers offer large feed opening, cubical products, high reduction ratio, high capacity, low investment and operating costs.

  • High capacity
  • High reduction ratio
  • Perfectly cubical product
  • Main frame made of high tensile-strength steel plates
  • Stress free rotor body that provides very high moment of inertia.
  • Blow bars can be used in both directions
  • Heavy-duty breaker plates

Tertiary Impact Crushers

Tertiary impact crushers produce high-quality fine material in crushing non-abrasive materials. They can be manufactured with different rotor sizes to meet specific application requirements, like crushing industrial minerals or recycling.

  • Bi-directional high-inertia rotor
  • Hydraulic breaker plate gap adjustment
  • Blow bars with high-torque single wedge assembly
  • Variable rotor speed for constant grain curve
  • Centralised automatic lubrication system
  • Wide maintenance doors
  • Maintenance friendly

Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers

VSI crushers are a perfect choice to manufacture high-quality manufactured sand, perfect cubical shape aggregates and industrial minerals in secondary, tertiary, or quaternary stages. This type of crushers offers unique capabilities for shaping and removing soft material from the aggregates. Depending on the application, three different configurations will provide a variety of different results.

  • Rock on Rock (ROR) – for the most abrasive materials
  • Rock on Steel (ROS) – for low to medium abrasive materials
  • Steel on Steel (SOS) – for non-abrasive to low abrasive materials

Hammer Crushers

Hammer crushers provide exceptional results in the production of fines from medium-hard to soft materials, like quicklime, dolomite, gypsum, limestone, diatomite, and chalk. The gap between the hammers and breaker plates is very small and for this reason, material stays in the crushing chamber for longer. The gap in the holes in grates at the bottom is also very small, which means the material can only leave when its size is small enough to pass.

  • High reduction ratio
  • High and constant capacity
  • Low space requirements
  • Long service life
  • Hydraulic body opening for easy replacement of wear and spare parts
  • Wide range of applications
