BULLDOG SUPERMIX 2.66 SPECIFICATION:
THE BULLDOG SUPERMIX 2.66 has many operational advantages:

As a result of the UK’s Road transport regulations, most truck mixers can carry up to 8 m³ of ready-mix concrete. This is the main reason the 2.0 m³ batch concrete plants are installed in the UK every year, as they can be loaded in 4 equal batches. The 2 m³ mixer has previously been the perfect balance to maximise the overall plant capacity, truck mixer capacity and wear and tear on the concrete plant components. When higher production capacity is required, having an industry standard 2.25 m³, 2.5 m³ or even a 3.0 m³ mixers just does not work as well in the UK. The 2.25 m³ and 2.5 m³ mixers still need to mix 4 batches, to achieve an 8 m³ batch and the 3.0 m³ mixer plants mix 2.66 m³, which results in lower efficiency as they are not operating at their full potential. As a result, we have developed our BULLDOG SUPERMIX 2.66 mobile concrete batching plant with 2.66 m³ Twin Shaft mixer for higher practical capacity and the ability to load an 8 m³ mixer in just 3 batches!
